We are seeking an experienced IT Support professional to join our team. As an IT Support, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications
- Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions
- Monitor and maintain the performance of computer systems and networks
- Assist in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Document technical procedures and solutions for future reference

```Skills:```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills:
- Strong knowledge of network administration principles
- Experience in providing IT support in a professional environment
- Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows and macOS
- Familiarity with Meraki networking equipment
- Understanding of Group Policy Objects (GPO) configuration
- Knowledge of computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience with SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)
- Ability to provide desktop support to end-users
- Understanding of IT infrastructure components such as servers, switches, and routers
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networking protocols
